Brad’s passion is making a difference through a systematic approach to solving complex problems. He aims to inspire, lead, and teach others to do this themselves, transforming their organizations and their own lives. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a Registered Professional Engineer, and an Ironman triathlete. He brings nearly two decades of experience leading improvement projects in the manufacturing, healthcare, and public service sectors. Brad is a Workshop Instructor for the George V. Voinovich Academy for Excellence in Public Service at Ohio University. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Ohio University. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Ohio University.
